Apartment 9

The apartment is located on the first floor on the right when you go up the stairs. From the corridor, we enter the living room with American kitchen. The dining room and the kitchen are located here, and two bedrooms, one with a balcony, and the bathroom with shower and toilet open from this place. From the terrace you can see the wonderful panorama of the city and the port. The rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, with two-plate gas stove. I await my guests with a well-kept garden, swimming pool, and parking for 1 vehicle.

Apartment 11

This apartment is located on the second floor. The high-rise apartment is richer with the experience of a unique panorama. It has almost the same equipment as the previous apartment. From the corridor, we enter the living room with American kitchen. The dining room and the kitchen are located here, and from this place you can go to the terrace, and the bedroom opens from here. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, two-plate gas stove with dishes and glasses. Parking opportunity.

Apartment 6

On the mezzanine floor, it provides relaxation for 4+2 people that meets all needs. Its equipment is the same as the other apartments. Use of the swimming pool and a parking space also belong to this apartment.

Apartment 10

The air-conditioned apartment for 2+2 people with one bedroom is located on the second floor. The living room has a sofa that can be opened. It is equipped with the same equipment as the other apartments. With a wonderful view, a pool in the garden and parking.

Apartment 8

The apartment for 4 + 2 people, with two bedrooms, is located on the first floor opposite the stairs. From the corridor, we enter the spacious living room with American kitchen. The dining room and the kitchen are located here, and two bedrooms open from this place, the beds are double beds. The balcony opens from the living room. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet. From the terrace you can see the wonderful panorama of the city and the port. The rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, with two-plate gas stove. TV channels in Hungarian. I await my guests with a well-kept garden and parking for 1 vehicle.

Nárai Apartment

Murter on the island of Murter. Highway all the way, last 30 km by car. Apartment with living room with American kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower. First floor, no elevator. There are three apartments on one floor. Another apartment is available with very similar conditions after consultation with the owner.

Maximum 4 people allowed. The apartment provides a comfortable vacation for 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room. In my opinion, the sofa bed is more for children to sleep comfortably. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen contains a narrow basic equipment. A 2-plate gas hob is provided for cooking. There is a swimming pool and parking in the yard. Both popular beaches are within walking distance. One with small pebbles/sand is highly recommended with children. However, it is more crowded during peak times. Furthermore, with a longer walk/car, other increasingly popular beaches are accessible. Available period for 2025 from 29.06.2025 to 31.08.2025. There is a weekly shift. It is not possible to book for a period of less than a week. Changeover on Sundays. Arrival after 15:00, departure by 10:00. Self-catering, there are many restaurants, grocery stores, markets, bakeries, fruit vendors in the city.

The rental fee for the apartment in 2025: 110 Euro/night Final cleaning fee: 60 Euro Bed linen, + towels can be brought by yourself. If it is more convenient there, then the laundry, approx. 10 Euro/person. Tourist tax: 2 Euro/person/night. I can only guarantee the given date if a 30% deposit is paid. This amount must be supplemented by an additional 30% advance payment by May 15. The remaining 40% upon arrival. We can only guarantee the above prices after payment of the deposit.
